What is the first thing people think of, to help lose weight? Go on a diet. What happens? You struggle and struggle and lose some weight, you stop the diet and you put it all back on again. You really don’t need to go through all this pain. Losing weight by Hypnotherapy is a much better method, it is painless, and it is long lasting and very effective indeed.

To lose weight all you need to do is eat correctly, this doesn’t mean cutting out every single thing, it just means eating correctly. The right food at the right time and the right amount. Sensible eating I would call it. You might well need help cutting out those cakes, chocolates or biscuits fine, hypnotherapy can do that for you.



Other things to consider are of course exercise, some people are able to exercise a lot and they enjoy it, others find it more difficult and just walking is good exercise, that has to be determined at what level you feel you are capable of, and more importantly capable of sustaining. Like diet it is no good setting your standards to something you cant keep up. A key phrase often used is “you will exercise just that little bit more, and you can decide how you do that” If of course you do have a list, and enjoy things like swimming or cycling then great.
